The center in Waterbury has moved to our school location in Duxbury. We are revamping and narrowing our focus to NeuroFascial Therapeutic Massage, a pioneering approach to working with the body-mind and the patterns our bodies develop in response to life experiences.
NEUROfascial THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE:
The NeuroFascial approach is rooted in trauma-informed practice and nervous system education. Early on in life, we develop patterned responses within our bodies to our environments and life experiences. This “response” begins in the nervous system in the form of electric signaling working its way to the muscle and fascia. The fascia is the connective tissue encasing all of our muscle, organs, and bones. When a practitioner massages the muscle and fascial tissue, we are actually working directly with the nervous system to enact a change in the tissue. We are providing a new sensation for the Nervous System to take in and send to the brain for processing. From there, the brain can send out a new or different message to the soft tissue of the body, easing tension and stress.

I offer a sliding scale to increase accessibility while honoring my commitment to continuing education to better serve others. If you choose to pay at the time of booking and wish to contribute an amount beyond the scale minimum, you can add a custom amount under the "tip" section. This is the best way to accommodate a sliding scale within the scheduling system I use.
60-minute NeuroFacial Therapeutic Massage: $110 - $140
90-minute NeuroFacial Therapeutic Massage: $160 - $200
120-minute NeuroFacial Therapeutic Massage: $220 - $240

I believe in economic justice and that quality healthcare should be accessible to all. If my rates are outside of your current means, please email me to let me know you’re interested in receiving NeuroFascial massage and we can take it from there. I am able to offer a discount beyond the scale minimum to a select number of clients.
